Advance 70 Residential Doors
Selecta Systems, Advance 70 Door System is available in a variety of designs that will suit the needs of fabricators, installers, specifier’s and homeowners on large and small projects.
This door system is exceptionally practical and has been rigorously tested to withstand the elements. The door leaf can house double glazed units, decorative panels or a combination of both as well as inward and outward opening options.
The range includes a wider outer frame with a low threshold system for easy access that is fully compliant with document M. This encompasses the all-important requirements relating to wheel chair accessibility in new build installations and can be provided with a standard range of cills.
The Midrail option will accept a fully sleeved letterbox, whilst full depth Eurogrooves can house multi point locking systems. Additionally, perimeter pressure seals will provide a weatherproof connection between the door leaf and the outer frame.
Choose between different levels of glass obscurity or have decorative glass that will give the Advance 70 Residential Door that finishing touch.
As with all Selecta Products the residential door system complies with all current legislation and Building Regulations requirements.
